This ephemerie is to guide you in using your discernment to connect with your ability to feel, metabolize and let through what you have held on to or deferred. It is encouraged that you go slow, go at your own pace and trust that you can engage and welcome the elephant in the room, but in bite sized chunks. You are the captain, the steward, the one that is holding the frame and choosing the responses. You can release over identification with the things you are holding defence for, the things that are scary to look at and you can let them pass while choosing the meaning for you. There is something for you ever time you chose welcome it and see it that way.
