For me Self Enrichment, relational reverence, and life enjoyment is the point and love is the answer - always. We are here to live this life, in the most elegant and intelligently designed personal biosystem (body+energy field) experiencing this reality awake, aware, living and progressing into more life; expansion, self governance in relationship with others and our environment. Remembering and living this can take some intentional self awareness, deep reorientation to generative patterning and life design.

Realizing your depth and capacity for living out your conscious creation can be both enlivening and overwhelming, and the only way is through. Deciding to play the game at the level of creativity, seeing yourself as the artist + life architect playing with design and free will is an exquisite way to spend your time and energy.

In practice, the core of my work is self-relationship, the way you meet yourself, know yourself, and live from that knowing.
